My Plan for Clwyd North

MY PLAN FOR CLWYD NORTH

1. A FAIR DEAL FOR NORTH WALES: North Wales gets a rough deal from the Welsh Labour Government. As your MP, I will work to ensure that Clwyd North gets its fair share of investment.

2. IMPROVE THE NHS: Deliver a new North Denbighshire Community Hospital in Rhyl to take pressure off Glan Clwyd Hospital, and work to ensure that everyone can register with an NHS dentist.

3. SUPPORT OUR SCHOOLS: Under Labour, school budgets in Wales have been cut and standards have fallen. I will work to ensure that all of the cash that comes to Wales for schools is spent on education.

4. SCRAP UNPOPULAR SPEED LIMIT CHANGES: Labour's 20mph policy isn't working. I will work with local councils for a common sense approach to speed limits and road safety.

5. BACK BUSINESSES: Fight for cuts to business rates and more free parking to help new and existing businesses to thrive, create jobs, and revive our town centres.

6. INVEST IN INFRASTRUCTURE: Improve our roads, rail network, flood defences and broadband connectivity, and tackle mobile signal blackspots.

7. CUT CRIME: Under the Conservatives crime is falling. I will work with the police to build on this success and address anti-social behaviour and speeding hotspots.

8. CLEANER AND GREENER COMMUNITIES: Work with local councils to address fly-tipping, dog fouling, litter and graffiti in our communities.
